Meditation

Keep things simple. If you haven't cultivated this practice yet, I recommend you start with a simple breathing meditation.

Set your alarm for one minute (yes, only ONE minute, you can add minutes as you build your practice), close your eyes (or don't, up to you), and follow your breath as you inhale and exhale.

If you consider yourself a visual person, you can visualize inhaling and exhaling white light as you breathe.

If you are an auditory person, you may want to pay attention to the sound of your breath.

And if you are more on the kinesthetic side of things, you can notice how the flowing air feels on the skin around your nostrils.

Again, keep it simple and easy, even if you've been practicing for years. Remember, advanced practice is fundamentals done right.
