I believe healing has five core principles:
Alignment
Flow happens in one’s life when they achieve alignment of body, mind, spirit, and heart. Your soul (aka, the one behind your eyes) witnesses that alignment.
Persistence
Persistence of practice is key to getting results. It brings the consistency to form new desirable habits, or patterns, that propagate desirable outcomes and eliminate what does not serve you.
Purification
Your healing journey entails examining your beliefs, and behaviours, purifying them, taking what is healthy, finding what is good, learning the lessons, and then letting go of everything else.
Focus
Focus your heart on your aim. Everything you can conceive of you can receive if you have the correct focus. In addition, make sure to eliminate anything that is not of service of that aim.
Resonance
Surround yourself with like-minded individuals, who have healing and growth goals, so you can find companionship and support when you need them. When correctly aligned, you’ll meet such individuals; nothing to do but be open to meeting them.
But before you begin, remember this:
Set your intention to start your healing journey - write it down on paper, then everything else follows - and flows, including meeting the correct guide.
